Our focus is to make truly unique wines from vineyards we believe in; not copies of anyone else. We believe in paying our growers a premium to ensure they are happy year after year to deal with our demands- especially coffee and beer! Do we evangelise a certain area, cultivar or some other new marketing gimmick? No. No fancy cellar and tasting room, just hands on and get it done some way or another attitude while given our clients the best wine we believe we can make at a fair price.
