Vinification
Clay amphorae were used in addition to French Oak barrels for this single-block wine in both fermentation and aging. Total time in vessels 11 months. Wine is fined and course filtered before bottling.
Vineyard
0.51 Hectares planted in the foot of the Franschhhoek Valley in 1983. Planted in deep sandly loam soils. The farm is encircled by 2 rivers, creating a very unique and cool icro-climate.
