Lyngrove Estate is ideally situated between Stellenbosch and Somerset West. In this peaceful haven of understated colonial luxury, surrounded by the majestic Helderberg mountains, we produce our exceptional range of wines under the Lyngrove range of labels. Lyngrove wines are enjoyed in countries right around the world. Our 80 ha vineyards have nature's advantage of superior soils, gentle slopes and the cooling influence from the nearby Atlantic Ocean.

André van den Berg
After graduating from Elsenburg in 1992, André has followed his passion for the vine.
Honing his skills at Glenelly for 7 years, then Marianne (then Mount Destin) for 12 years and know for a productive 7 years at the helm of Lyngrove's farm.
He's a farmer to the core and has a keen understand for the soil and the vine. A Stellenbosch specialist and a Pinotage and Chenin blanc loyalist.
