About
After working several vintages at wineries in France, South Africa and California, Chris & Andrea chose to settle in the Swartland region of South Africa, believing that the granite and schist based terroirs and old vineyards have the potential to produce truly great wine. Here they produce their Mullineux and Kloof Street wines from Chenin, Syrah and other Rhone varieties. They also have a winery in Franschhoek producing wines from Chardonnay, Cabernet and Cinsault, under the Leeu Passant label. All vineyards are farmed sustainably and the wines are made with minimal intervention.
